1. Operation
After the unit runs at full speed, the generator voltage and frequency are normal and stable, and the operator can turn on and off the power generation. During operation, the operator should also regularly observe whether the unit is running normally, whether the control panel instrument indicates the forecast alarm indication, whether the operating parameters such as the fuel level of the fuel tank are in the position of the operating parameters of the party, the control panel and the fuel tank, and regularly record the operating parameters of the unit.
2. Normal shutdown
Before the diesel generator set is shut down normally, the load should be separated first. After the unit has no load for a period of time, it should be fully cooled and shut down. Turning off the control panel key switch to stop using the unit has no effect on the part where the shutdown valve is installed. When the control panel is powered on, the stop button must be pressed to stop the unit.
3. Emergency stop
Once the operator finds that the diesel generator set has a serious fault or power distribution fault, he can press the emergency stop button on the control panel to immediately stop the generator set. In the absence of special circumstances, it is not recommended that the user arbitrarily shut down the unit through the emergency stop button.
