What aspects should be paid attention to in the installation process of diesel generator set?
1. Generator installation program
The installation procedure of generator equipment is mainly: stator position → stator and rotor water pressure test → generator through the rotor → hydrogen cooler installation → end cap, bearing, sealing tile adjustment installation → exciter installation → wheel refinding center and connection → integral airtight test, etc.
2. Technical points of lifting generator stator
The lifting of the stator mainly adopts two wagons in the main workshop and two temporary trots installed on the running of the wagons, and then the preparation of lifting beam at the same time. The lifting stator is about 1 m from the ground, and the brake should be tested for 2 ~ 3 times. After confirming that the brake is good, the formal lifting begins. After lifting to the bottom of the generator stator exceeds the established elevation, run the driving wagon mechanism until the center line of the stator coincides with the center line in place, and slowly drop the stator on the foundation.
3. Installation process and method of generator rotor
A separate air tightness test should be carried out before the generator rotor is installed, and the leakage test should be conducted after the elimination of leakage. The test pressure and allowable leakage should meet the requirements of the manufacturer.
For the installation of the rotor of the motor, the stator and rotor shall be finally cleaned and inspected together with relevant personnel after the completion of the work of the maintenance, electrical and thermal instruments, and the stator and rotor shall be confirmed to be clean and free from any sundry matter and can only be carried out after the approval.
The rotor of the generator is usually installed by the slide way according to the special tools and methods provided by the manufacturer.
