After the emission of diesel generating units is upgraded from Country 2 to Country 3, the main change is lower emission and lower fuel consumption. If you want to talk about the difference between the two, you can refer to the following points:
1, two of the diesel engine is a fuel injection pump (large pump) and fuel injector (oil head). And the three diesel engine is with electric injection system, cpu electronic control box.
2, what is the engine country three emissions? Engine emissions refer to harmful gases such as CO (carbon monoxide), HC+NOx (hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides) and PM (particulates and soot) discharged from the exhaust gas. They are all harmful gases produced by the engine in the process of combustion and work.
3. From the point of view of the content of harmful substances in the exhaust emissions of the engine, the third engine is lower than the second engine; The difference between the two can be judged from the structure of the diesel engine. The fuel supply system of the three engines and the two engines is different, and the emission of harmful substances in the engine exhaust is also different.
4. At present, the generator set adopts high pressure common rail and EGR technology (EGR is the abbreviation of English Exhaust Gas Recirculation, meaning exhaust gas recirculation system. It is an exhaust purification device for nitrogen oxide compound NOx, one of the harmful gases in the engine exhaust. The high pressure common rail engine produced by China III is more expensive than the EGR engine produced by China II. Taking Yuchai diesel engine as an example, the price of a national three standard Yuchai generator is about tens of thousands of yuan higher than that of the national two standard.
