Control of the amount of fuel injection: the same type of electric injection vehicle, the pressure of the gasoline pump is constant, regardless of the opening of the throttle, as long as the fuel pressure regulator is adjusted, the pressure of the injection nozzle is always constant. The nozzle is used strictly with the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator, only the designed pressure, the nozzle can achieve the best atomization effect, the pressure is lower than the design pressure, the oil is not a mist, a column, should not be mixed with air; The pressure is too large, the oil is ejected in a conical shape, and it is not easy to mix, and the injection force is too large, a lot of fuel is directly sprayed onto the pipe wall, which directly affects the mixing ratio parameters. Whether accelerating or idling, the pressure should be constant. Different models of pressure are also different.(In front of a repairman friend mentioned that the cleaning machine of several gear selection diesel generator set selection, in fact, is for different models of pressure choice, not the acceleration of idle pressure is different, the wrong choice of injection pressure, injection nozzle atomization is poor).
The amount of fuel injection depends on the length of the fuel injection time, the fuel injector according to the electromagnetic coil control method is different, divided into voltage drive type and current drive type, voltage type is also divided into low resistance and high resistance, high resistance can be connected to 12V electricity, low resistance can only be connected to low voltage, the wrong connection on 12V for a little longer will burn the coil. When the oil is injected, the voltage provided by the computer is constant, such as 12V, when the oil is cut off, it immediately becomes 0V, this change is instantaneous, just like a concept of 0 and 1 in the computer language, and there is no 0.5 in the middle. In other words, it’s a pulsating direct current signal. It is not a noun such as alternating current, what is the concept of alternating current? Alternating current is called alternating current. It seems that the inside of the car is basically inaccessible to alternating current except for the part before the generator rectifier.
When the fuel injection nozzle is blocked, the oil injection is not smooth, or there is carbon deposit and diesel generator unit adhesive in the gap of the fuel injection nozzle, which can not reach the designed fuel injection amount or atomization effect, and it needs to be cleaned.
