3, often start at low temperature. When the engine starts at low temperature, the lubricating oil viscosity is large and the fluidity is poor, so it is difficult to form an effective oil film on the inner wall of the cylinder. According to the research department test, diesel engine cooling water temperature below 30℃ load operation, cylinder liner and other parts wear is 5 ~ 7 times of normal water temperature.
4. The engine of the diesel generator set is overheating. When the cooling system is poorly maintained or overloaded, the high temperature not only reduces the mechanical strength of the parts, but also makes the lubricating oil film on the inner wall of the cylinder unable to form. Piston and other parts are easy to get stuck in the cylinder liner after heat expansion, and the result is often partial melting of the piston, the inner wall of the cylinder liner is pulled bad, forcing the engine to stall.
