1. Poor combustion occurs
After this situation appears, it will make the fuel slag and soot that have not been burned plug the piston ring. In this process, there will not only be a lot of black smoke, but also cause wear on the surface of the bearing shaft. General generator fuel consumption is half of the full load fuel consumption, the relevant diesel engine needs to operate at more than 40% load conditions, so that the fuel can be fully burned.
2, produce a lot of white smoke
Generators under low load operation, there will be a lot of white smoke. This is because the temperature is so low that hydrocarbons are emitted in the exhaust gas. The harmful substances contained in the white smoke are relatively high. If the water leaks into the air condenser, this will also happen. Generally, the latter is caused by the rupture of the cylinder head.
3, there are a lot of carbonized oil
Only with sufficient cylinder pressure can the generator resist the outer oil film. If the burning gas blows through the piston ring, it will burn on the cylinder wall and carbon deposits will occur in the inner glass. When this happens, fuel consumption will increase and more oil residue will be produced. Carbonized oil is the lubricating oil polluted by carbon deposition, once burned will cause great harm.
