1. Failure of the oil supply system

The main reason for the shedding of battery active substances is that the charging time of the battery is too long or the charging current of the battery is too large. Carry out strict control, and when the battery is about to be fully charged, it is necessary to reduce the current charging the battery in time, and generally reduce it to the original general.
Three, the start relay is abnormal
When the diesel generator set fails, the first step is to check the contact of the power supply. If the contact of the power supply is normal, it is necessary to check the relay equipment to determine whether the relay equipment has abnormal pull-in or poor contact between the connecting wire and the electric lock. 4. There is a problem with the connection between the battery and the connecting cable
The poor contact between the battery and the connecting cable is caused by the overflow of the electrolyte of the battery and the corrosion of the terminal. The reasons for the overflow of the electrolyte include two aspects. One is that the staff in the process of adding the electrolyte caused the electrolyte to overflow due to careless operation. Second, the charging time of the battery is too long. Regardless of the reason, the overflow of the electrolyte will cause corrosion of the terminals, resulting in poor contact, thus affecting the normal operation of the generator set. To solve this problem, the staff can start from the following aspects: on the one hand, do a good job of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation on the terminal, such as using yellow glycerin to coat the wiring part. On the other hand, when the electrolyte overflow occurs, the staff should take measures immediately, such as cleaning and grinding the cable connection part with fine sandpaper.
