4. After the unit starts, the no-load speed gradually increases to 1000-1200r /min, (note that it should not run at low speed for a long time), and after the preheating process of the diesel engine, the speed is increased to the rated speed. When the water temperature reaches 55 ° C and the oil temperature reaches 45 ° C, it is allowed to enter full load operation.
5, when the diesel generator instrument indicates normal, you can close the load switch to the load power supply, with the change of the load of the unit, if the frequency and voltage are not within the specified range, should adjust the frequency and voltage in time, so as to maintain its rating, it is prohibited to load the unit at low speed, so as not to damage the equipment.
6. After the diesel generator set is put into normal operation, attention should be paid to the changes in water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure and the reading of the power meter, frequency meter, ammeter and voltmeter at any time, and anomalies should be dealt with in time.
