1. The shaft is in contact with one end of the plain bearing
The shaft and NTN bearing form a friction pair, which is often caused by machining precision, assembly accuracy, shaft bending deformation, thermal deformation and other reasons. In the case of one end contact, sometimes local overload is generated, resulting in the rupture of the oil film, which makes the surface of the friction pair of gold chips contact directly, increasing friction, increasing temperature and abnormal wear. The prevention and control measures are: strictly ensure the oil film thickness of the bearing from three aspects of design, processing and assembly, and ensure the assembly accuracy of the shaft and bearing.
2. Corrosion
After the lubricating oil deteriorates, acidic oxides and peroxides are produced, which have a corrosive effect on the surface of NSK imported bearings. Corrosion resistant alloy materials can be used as bearing materials (such as tin base, aluminum base bearing alloy materials), corrosion resistant creep layer, replacement of lubricating oil and other measures to solve the problem.
3. Abnormal wear until glued
Improper oil, impurities in oil, insufficient oil supply stars, excessive roundness of bearing holes and shafts, improper assembly, improper materials, excessive shaft roughness, etc., will cause abnormal wear of plain bearings until gluing. The corresponding preventive measures are: cleaning the lubrication system, designing and using suitable filters, improving the processing accuracy and assembly accuracy of the bearing holes and uranium, ensuring the viscosity, oiliness and oil supply of the oil, carrying out surface wear treatment or using wear-resistant materials, etc.
