1. Air filter maintenance. The air filter needs to be cleaned after running for about 50 hours. When the alarm device turns red, it means that the filter element is blocked by impurities. When replacing the filter element, you need to open the filter cover. After replacement, press this button to reset the indicator.
2. Oil filter maintenance. After the trial operation period (50 hours or 3 months), the oil filter needs to be replaced, and then every 500 hours or 0.5 a. The replacement should be preheated for 10 minutes and then shut down. Then find out the position of the disposable filter on the diesel engine, unscrew it with a belt wrench, and check whether the sealing ring is on the filter to be installed. At the same time, clean the contact surface and fill the new filter with corresponding lubricating oil to reduce the back pressure caused by the air. The sealing ring should be coated with proper amount of lubricating oil. Later, put the new filter back in place. After tightening to the bottom, it needs to be tightened approximately 2/3 turn. After replacement, it takes about 10 minutes to start.
3. Maintenance of diesel filter of Cummins generator set in residential area. The diesel filter needs to be replaced after 50 hours of trial operation, and then every 500 hours or 0.5A. Similarly, before shutting down, a 300-kilowatt Cummins diesel generator set needs to be used to warm up the community for 10 minutes. Use a strap wrench to open the filter, and check whether there is a gasket on the new filter before installation. The subsequent operations are the same as the maintenance of the oil filter.
