The automatic control system of diesel generator set consists of three parts: program control, simulation control and operation management control.
(1) Program control. It is a control implemented in a pre-designed sequence of operations. The control signal only plays a discrete role, and the parameter is the switching quantity. The form of the control signal, usually taken from the result of several operational logic operations. For example, the starting and stopping of the unit belong to the program control.
(2) Analog control. By measuring the actual value of the equipment operating parameters, compared with the set value, according to its deviation, adjust the corresponding physical quantity of the equipment to achieve control and adjustment. (3) Operation management control.
