In an emergency, the unit is more suitable for high-speed, pressurized, low fuel consumption and the same capacity generator set. In addition to the selection of the diesel generator set in the stationary state, the generator set should also be selected in the emergency state, and the selection of the generator set in the emergency state should be explained.
1. Because the high-speed supercharged diesel engine has a large single-unit capacity and occupies a small space;
a. The unit is equipped with electronic or hydraulic speed control equipment, and the speed control performance is better;
b. The generator should choose a synchronous motor equipped with brushless excitation or phase compound excitation equipment, which is more reliable, has a low failure rate, and is more convenient to maintain and repair;
c. When the capacity of a single air conditioner or motor in the primary load is large, a generator set with third harmonic excitation should be selected;
The machine is assembled on a common chassis with shock absorbers; a muffler should be installed at the outlet of the exhaust pipe to reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
2. Determination of capacity: The emergency generator set is used for emergency use and is always in the standby emergency start state. The working time is not long, generally no more than 8 hours, and the capacity can be determined according to the “standby power supply”. According to the sum of the first-level load capacity (excluding the reserve capacity), the capacity of the correction unit can be considered to meet the start-up requirement of the first-level load maximum load, so that the capacity of the emergency diesel generator set can be determined accordingly. The emergency generator is generally a three-phase AC synchronous generator with a rated output voltage of 400V.
3. Determination of the number of units: 1 set of automatic, 1000-1500 rpm, brushless excitation, 400/230V, three-phase four-wire control panel, charging and discharging equipment, shared chassis generator set. The shared chassis can be shared with the daily fuel tank, reducing pipelines and floor space. When multiple units are selected, the units shall have complete equipment of type, capacity, pressure regulation, proximity speed control characteristics, the characteristics of the fuel used shall be used together for repair and maintenance and common spare parts.
