1, size recovery glue cure leakage method. When the shaft and bushing, bearing and bearing seat, valve and valve seat, self-tightening oil seal, and packing of diesel engine leak, the size recovery adhesive can be applied to the cleaned common parts of wear, curing to form a wear-resistant, high mechanical strength film layer.
2, glue cure leakage method. Fuel tank, water tank, oil pipe, water pipe due to or sand holes, pores and other small leakage. You can apply the adhesive to the clean crushing place.
3, cushion method of leakage. The oil leakage gasket of the oil pipe joint in the diesel unit can be added to both sides of the leakage gasket with a layer of double-sided smooth thin plastic pad, and it can be tightly tightened to prevent leakage.
4, anaerobic glue treatment of leakage method. When the ventilation bolts and stud bolts on the generator set show leakage, the anaerobic glue can be applied to the cleaned bolt threads or screw holes. It can be cured quickly to form a film and fill the space of parts; This method has better effect in treating leakage of high pressure oil pipe joint thread of diesel engine.
5, to pump the leakage method. When the oil tank bottom shell, cylinder head, gear chamber cover, crankcase back cover and other paper pads leak, if the paper pad is intact and the joint surface is clean, a layer of butter can be spread on both sides of the paper pad. Tighten the bolt to prevent leakage; If the new paper pad is replaced, soak the new paper pad in diesel oil for 10 minutes, remove and wipe, spread a layer of butter on the joint surface and then install.
6, paint tablet liquid leakage method. Diesel fuel tank, water tank, crankcase and other joint leakage. After soaking the paint in alcohol, apply the paint solution to the cleaned seam.
7, liquid sealant leakage method. The interfacial leakage and comminence leakage caused by the defect of solid gasket on the diesel engine generator set. The liquid sealant is applied on the clean solid washer bonding surface, and after curing, a uniform, stable and continuous adhesive peelable film washer is formed, which can prevent leakage.
