First, grinding: that is, running-in. This is the basis for extending the service life of the engine, whether it is a new engine or an overhauled engine, it must be run in accordance with the rules before it can be put into normal operation.
Second, foot: oil foot, water foot, air foot. If the oil supply is insufficient or interrupted, the engine will be poorly lubricated, the body wear is serious and even the phenomenon of burning tile; If the cooling water is insufficient, the machine temperature will be too high, the power will be reduced, the wear will be aggravated, and the service life will be shortened. If the air supply is not timely or interrupted, it will be difficult to start, poor combustion, power reduction, and the engine cannot operate normally.
Third, net: that is, oil, water, gas and body net. If the diesel and gasoline are not pure, the precision matching body will wear out, the matching gap will increase, resulting in oil leakage, oil dripping, oil supply pressure will decrease, the gap will become larger, and even cause oil circuit blockage, shaft holding, tile burning and other serious failures; If the air contains a lot of dust, it will accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring; If the cooling water is not pure, the cooling system will be blocked by scale, which will prevent the engine heat dissipation, the lubrication conditions will be poor, and the body will be seriously worn. If the body appearance is not clean, the surface will be corroded and the service life will be shortened.
Adjustment: that is, the valve clearance, valve phase, oil supply advance Angle, injection pressure and ignition timing of the diesel engine or gasoline engine should be checked and adjusted in time to ensure that the engine is in good condition, in order to save fuel and extend the service life.
Five, inspection: often check the fastening parts. Because diesel engine and gasoline engine are affected by shock and uneven load during use, bolts and nuts are easy to loose. The adjustment bolts of each part should be checked to avoid the accident of damaging the body due to loosening.
Use: that is, the correct use of the engine. Before driving, the shaft, tile and other lubricating parts should be lubricated. After starting, it should be put into operation when the water temperature is above 40℃. Long-term overload or low-speed operation is strictly prohibited. Before stopping, the load should be removed to reduce the speed. After parking in winter, when the water temperature drops to 50 ° C, the cooling water should be released (except for the engine that has been injected with antifreeze). Usually do a good job of engine maintenance, so that the machine always keep in good condition. It is necessary to observe and check frequently, find faults, and eliminate them in time.
