1) Timely replacement of three filters, the choice of high quality oil, maintenance is very important.
2) Ensure that the machine does not leak oil: the solution is to paint the gasket with valve paint and smooth it on the glass plate, and straighten the tubing joint. Add diesel recovery device, plastic pipe can be used to connect the return oil pipe on the oil nozzle with the hollow screw, so that the return oil into the tank.
3) Improve the temperature of diesel cooling water: the water temperature can make the diesel fuel more complete combustion, oil viscosity will be small, can reduce the movement resistance, can achieve the effect of fuel saving.
4) Increase the diesel pulley appropriately, improve the speed of the pump when the diesel engine runs at a lower speed, increase the flow and head, and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
5) Oil purification before use: more than half of the faults of diesel generator sets come from the oil supply system. The treatment method is that the bought diesel oil is used for 2-4 days to precipitate, and 98% of the impurities can be precipitated. If you buy and use, you can put two layers of silk or toilet paper in the oil tank filling filter.
6) Adjust the injection pressure of the fuel injector. It is believed that as long as the above six energy saving schemes are done well, the fuel consumption of diesel generator set will be greatly reduced, and it can also give full play to the working efficiency of the generator set and reduce the cost of users.
