Precautions for collective debugging of diesel generator sets?

What matters should be paid attention to in the collective trial operation of Cummins generator sets?
1. The machine cannot be connected to the grid, but it is forbidden to cancel the interlock circuit on the screen. When the mains power is restored, the diesel generator set confirms the running time, and the opening operation of the main switch on the auxiliary control panel is not limited by “manual” and “automatic”, but it should be used with caution.
2. When the Cummins generator set is running at full speed, it is not allowed to change the “manual” and “automatic” switch positions. The “Debug” stop position is the “Emergency” position. Therefore, when the test run is stopped, the unit will automatically stop after running at the stationary speed, and the unit will enter the “emergency” state.
3. The overcurrent protection setting value of the main control panel and the auxiliary control panel should be set to the rated value of the generator current when leaving the factory, and the auxiliary control panel should be set to the rated value of the main switch. Therefore, after installation, it can be reset according to the rating of the unit and the condition of the generator.
4. If the installation or inspection requires both the main control panel and the auxiliary control panel to be powered off, first place the main control panel in the “manual” position, and pull the knife switch on the auxiliary control panel. Instead, when power is restored, the auxiliary control panel knife switch and main switch should be turned off first, and then the main control panel should be placed in the “Auto” position.
5. When the “auto” and “manual” switches of the main control panel are in the “manual” position, the diesel generator, the main control panel and the auxiliary control panel are operated manually. If the unit is running on automatic, turn the switch to the “manual” position and the unit will shut down in an emergency.
6. If the capacity of the generator set cannot meet the power consumption of all electrical loads, the power supply branch of the unimportant load can be equipped with an automatic undervoltage trip switch. When the power grid is cut off, the power circuit of the branch will be automatically cut off to prevent the auxiliary control panel from overloading and tripping.
