1, the installation site should be well ventilated, the generator end should have enough air inlet, the diesel engine end should have good air outlet. The area of the air outlet should be more than 1.5 times the area of the water tank.
2, the installation site should be kept clean around, avoid placing nearby can produce acid, alkaline and other corrosive gases and steam items. If possible, fire extinguishing devices should be equipped.
3. In indoor use, the smoke exhaust pipe must be channeled outdoors. The pipe diameter must be greater than or equal to the diameter of the smoke exhaust pipe of the muffler, and the elbow of the connected pipe should not exceed 3 to ensure smooth smoke exhaust. If the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upward, a rain shield must be installed.
4. When the foundation is made of concrete, the levelness must be measured with a level during installation, so that the unit is fixed on the basis of the level. Between the unit and the foundation should be a special shockproof cushion or with the sole bolt.
5, the unit shell must have reliable protective grounding, neutral point to the need for direct grounding of the generator, must be neutral grounding by professionals, and equipped with lightning protection device, it is strictly prohibited to use the grounding device of the mains for direct grounding of the neutral point.
6, the generator and the mains two-way switch must be very reliable, in case of reverse power supply. The connection reliability of the bidirectional switch must be verified by the local power supply department.
