Inspection and preparation before starting:
.Check the battery to ensure that the battery voltage value meets the requirements.
.Check whether there is water in the water tank. If there is no water or 5 cm below the water tank cover, fill the water tank with enough water.
.Make sure that the oil level is between the maximum value and the minimum value of the oil dipstick. If the oil level is below zero, add oil. At the same time, when the unit is continuously operating, the oil level should be checked every 8 hours.
.Check the air filter element for clogging. If the clogging indicator is in the red zone, the unit should stop immediately and replace with a new air filter element. After the replacement, press the red button to reset it.
.If the ambient temperature is lower than + 5 ℃, the coolant should be replaced with antifreeze.
.Exhaust the fuel filter, loosen the oil drain screw on the fuel filter, and manually pump oil until the fuel flowing out of the air drain screw has no air bubbles.
.Exhaust the fuel injection pump, loosen the bleed screw on the upper part of the fuel injection pump, and manually pump the oil until there is no air bubbles in the fuel flowing from the bleed screw. If the pump is difficult to press, press the preheat pump button or start switch to turn the diesel Be careful not to use the starter for more than 10 seconds at a time.
.When entering the winter, you should change the winter lubricating oil in time. When the ambient temperature is lower than -10 ℃, when starting the diesel engine with a preheating device, you can first use the preheating switch to preheat the diesel engine for about 30 seconds.
.Connect and connect the output line to ensure that there is no leakage, no short circuit and no phase error.
.Self-starting should be connected and connected according to the contents of the self-starting manual.
