2. Carry out the oil-cutting experiment on the high-pressure oil pipes of the upper 4 cylinders of the high-pressure oil pump one by one, that is, it is found that the appearance of blue smoke after the third cylinder is disconnected is not visible. After the shutdown, disassemble the third cylinder injector, and conduct the fuel injection pressure test on the injector, that is, it is found that the third cylinder injector has a small amount of oil dripping.
3. Check the oil gauge in the diesel oil sump to investigate whether the oil viscosity is too low or the oil amount is too much, so that the oil enters the incineration chamber and evaporates into oil and gas and is discharged from the exhaust pipe without being incinerated. But through inspection, it is found that the quality and quantity of the engine oil are in line with the diesel engine oil rules.
4. Tighten the oil return screws of the high and low pressure oil pipes of the diesel engine.
5. Loosen the bleed screw of the high-pressure oil pump of the generator set, press the hand oil pump, and sweep out the air in the oil circuit.
6. Pull out a thin copper wire close to the diameter of the injection hole from a thin wire to dredge the injection hole. After dredging and then experimenting, it was found that the spraying of the nozzle coupler was normal, and then the fuel injector was installed, and the diesel engine was started.
7. Remove the high-pressure oil pump assembly of the generator set, and inspect the inside of the governor. It is found that the adjustment gear rod is not sensitive to move. After repair, adjustment and installation, start the diesel engine until the speed reaches about 700r/min, and investigate whether the operation of the diesel engine is stable. No abnormality was found in the inspection, and the fault was eliminated.
