Second, insert ring method: the tower gear is made of several gears together, and the damage of each gear is different. If the teeth of individual gears are worn, they can be repaired by replacing the gear ring. First, all the teeth of the gear need to be repaired, and another tooth ring is made and pressed on the part of the car to the teeth. In order to prevent the new gear ring from loosening, it can be spot-welded with electric welding along the circumference of the joint of the gear ring and the gear ring, or drilled into the stabilizing nail to be fixed.
Third, insert tooth method: for the gear with small load and low speed, after the individual teeth are knocked out, the root of the bad gear is planed out on the planer when repairing, and the new tooth embryo with the same shape of the slot is pressed into the machine with a certain tightness, welded and processed.
Fourth, surfacing welding method: individual or several gear teeth wear or tooth end wear exceeds the limit on both sides, can be based on gear damage, surfacing one or several layers of metal on the whole or part of the gear surface. Gear welding repair can be divided into electric welding and gas welding. The gear repair by surfacing welding has the advantages of simple operation and good repair quality.
5. Screw tooth making method: remove the gear of worn teeth, clean it, measure the thickness of the root with vernier calipers, and smooth and clean the lost tooth with a file knife. According to the thickness of the root, choose the corresponding diameter of the screw, the thread length is not shorter than 1.5-2 cm. Then use a bench drill to drill out a hole of the same diameter as the screw in the tooth loss part of the gear, and then tap the thread. Screw the selected screw in the screw hole, and then saw off the screw higher than the top part of the tooth with a hacksaw, and then processed with a file knife into the same tooth shape as the original tooth, you can use.
