Injection advance Angle adjustment method:

1) The first method: remove the high-pressure tubing of the first cylinder, turn the crankshaft, so that the piston of the first cylinder is at the beginning point of the expansion stroke, and the pointer on the flywheel housing is aligned with the “0″ degree line on the flywheel. Then reverse the crankshaft according to the direction of diesel engine operation, so that the pointer on the view window is aligned with the flywheel equivalent to the specified Angle in advance, and then loosen the two fastening screws on the injection pump transmission joint disc, according to the direction of the injection pump rotation, slowly and evenly turn the injection pump CAM until the oil surface of the first cylinder outlet has just fluctuated instantaneous and tighten the two screws on the closing disc.

2. The second method: remove the first cylinder high-pressure oil pipe, turn the crankshaft, so that the first cylinder piston is at the compression end position of about 40°, and then slowly and evenly rotate the crankshaft according to the rotation direction of the diesel engine, while paying close attention to the oil level of the oil outlet of the first cylinder of the injection pump. When the oil level has just fluctuated for a moment, that is, the first cylinder injection begins. At this time, the scale value on the flywheel aligned with the pointer on the view window is the number of the injection advance Angle. If the Angle is not consistent with the specified range, you can loosen the two screws on the engaging disc, turn the camshaft of the injection pump to the required adjustment Angle (the scale on the transmission shaft plate, each cell is equivalent to 3° crankshaft Angle), the advance Angle is too small, the camshaft rotates in the direction of operation, then rotate in the opposite direction of operation, and then tighten the two screws on the engaging disc, and then check again. Until the work is complete and the range is determined.

Sometimes, check the injection advance Angle and the specified value is very little difference, you do not have to loosen the joint disc to turn the injection pump camshaft, and as long as the injection pump four installation screw pins slightly relaxed, so that the injection pump body for a small rotation to adjust, its rotation direction should be the opposite of the second method, after adjusting the screw.

In general, after the injection advance Angle of the first cylinder is adjusted correctly, the injection advance Angle of other cylinders depends on the phase Angle of each CAM of the camshaft of the oil pump, and there is no need to check separately.
