Routine maintenance of diesel generator set:

1. Check the water level and oil level once a day;

2. Clean the outer surface of the unit and the environment of the machine room once a day.

Monthly maintenance of diesel generator set:

1. Clean the outer surface of the unit;

2. Check whether the speed control lever is flexible and lubricate the connection points;

3. Replace the cooling water, measure the pH value before and after the replacement (normal value is 7.5-9), and make a measurement record, and dosing treatment if necessary (notify the water treatment worker to cooperate);

4. Check the tension of the fan belt and charger belt, and adjust if necessary;

5. Cooperate with the emergency power generation test for electrical work, check whether the readings, temperature and loudness of each instrument are normal when the diesel engine is running, and make a record of the operation.
