1. The water pump of the Volvo diesel generator set is faulty. First, we should check whether the pump is working. 2. The coolant level of Volvo diesel generator set is too low or does not meet the requirements. Too low liquid level will directly cause the temperature of the coolant to rise, so that the coolant does not circulate. It is prescribed as 50 antifreeze +50 water +DC4. If it does not comply with the regulations, it will cause pipeline blockage and rust in the pipe wall, so that the coolant cannot circulate normally.
3. The thermostat of Volvo diesel generator set is faulty. The engine combustion chamber is equipped with thermostat to control the temperature of the engine combustion chamber. Thermostat specifies the temperature at which it is fully opened to aid in small circulation. Without a thermostat, the coolant cannot maintain a circulating temperature, which may result in a low temperature alarm.
4. The cooling system of Volvo diesel generator set is mixed with air, resulting in poor pipeline. The damage of the suction and exhaust valves on the expansion tank also directly affects the circulation. At this time, it is necessary to check regularly whether the pressure value meets the regulations, whether the inspiratory pressure meets the regulations of 10kpa, the exhaust pressure is 40kpa, and whether the exhaust pipe is also an important reason affecting the circulation.
5. Volvo diesel generator radiator The radiator is blocked or damaged. The cooling fan is invalid or the radiator is blocked, so that the temperature of the coolant cannot be reduced, the radiator rust, resulting in leakage and poor circulation.
