1. Drain the water from the cooling system, and then disassemble the pipe from where the diesel engine is connected.
2. Accurate 4% of the rust removal acid solution and water, the acid into the water, do not reverse.
3. Let it mix for a few minutes, then heat the solution to 49 ° C (120 ° F), the highest point, no higher.
4. Slowly pour the solution through a filter cap or a branch into the pipe, which will boil and foam. When the chemical reaction stops, fill the radiator with the heated solution.
5. Let the solution sit in the system for a few minutes, then return the solution to its original container through the bottom pipe or drain.
6. Check the inside of the tank, if there is still scale, repeat the above steps to enhance the acid solution to 8%.
7. After descaling, neutralize the acid by following the following steps: Fill the container with clean water, heat it to boiling point, add daily soda crystals, in the following proportion: 500g soda with 20 liters of water (1 pound with 4 galenes of water), fill the radiator with this solution, and then let it flow back to the original container.
8. Rinse the radiator several times with the above method, and finally let it stop in the radiator for one hour after filling. Rinse with hot water after emptying.
9. Before the radiator is re-installed and used, use twice the normal working pressure of water to test whether there is leakage, and sometimes there will be water leakage because of the removal of scale.
10. Before running again, the coolant should be added with the necessary anti-corrosion agent and an appropriate amount of high condensing agent.
