Take two measuring cups, one of which holds the lubricating oil to be checked, and the other is empty on the table, lift the measuring cup full of lubricating oil up from the table 30-40 cm and tilt, let the lubricating oil slowly flow into the empty cup, observe its flow, good quality lubricating oil flow should be slender, uniform, continuous, if the oil flow is fast and slow, sometimes there are large pieces of water. The lubricating oil has deteriorated.
2. Light method
On a clear day, lift the lubricating tank cap with a screwdriver at a 45 degree Angle to the level. Under the light, it can be clearly seen that there is no abrasive dust in the lubricating oil, and it can continue to function. If the abrasive dust is too much, the lubricating oil should be replaced.
3. Hand twist method
The lubricating oil is twisted between the thumb and index finger repeatedly grinding, there is no pollution of lubricating oil feel particles, grinding chips, if you feel the sand between the fingers and other large friction, it indicates that there are more impurities in the lubricating oil, can not be used again, should be replaced with new lubricating oil.
4. Smell method
