1. If the engine oil pressure is too low during operation, it should be stopped in time. After about 5 minutes, check whether the oil level of the oil pan is lower than the specified value.
2. Pull out the oil dipstick to check whether the oil has deteriorated and moisture. If the oil is deteriorated, it should be replaced, and the oil passage and filter core should be cleaned; if there is water in the oil, the source of the water should be identified and eliminated, and new oil should be replaced.
3. When the season changes, the oil with the appropriate viscosity is not used in time for the season, or the inferior oil or the oil that does not meet the grade level is added by mistake, and the oil with the appropriate viscosity or grade should be replaced in time.
4. If the engine is overheated during use, it should be considered that the drop in the filter oil pressure may be caused by the thinning of the oil due to excessive temperature. In this case, lower the engine temperature first, wait for the oil to cool and then start the engine, the oil pressure will be normal. For this reason, special attention should be paid to the temperature of the engine and whether the heat dissipation of the oil is good in use.
5. Check whether the oil filter core is clean and whether the bypass valve is unblocked. If the filter element reaches the replacement cycle or is too dirty, it should be replaced or cleaned in time, and the bypass valve should not be stuck and move freely.
6. Check whether the filter screen of the collector filter is too dirty. The filter that has not been maintained for a long time has a lot of colloid and is adhered to the grille, which seriously affects the passage rate of the oil and reduces the oil supply pressure, so it should be cleaned and maintained.
7. Check whether the lubricating oil channel is blocked by sediment and clear it during maintenance.
8. Check whether the spring of the pressure limiting valve is too soft and whether the valve is too worn. If the valve wear is normal, check whether the spring force of the spring is insufficient. The spring can be removed and tested on the test bench. Generally, random adjustment is not allowed. If the valve does not seal and leaks oil after wear, it should be replaced as a whole.
9. Finally, check whether the clearance of crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing and camshaft bearing is too large, and repair it.
