Wrong start mode 1: Throttle up and start
Please do not oil the door while the generator is running. Just put the throttle in the idle position. Some operators want a diesel generator to start quickly, with the fuel door slamming before or during startup. This will cause fuel waste, reduce the lubrication effect and cause large damage to the diesel generator moving parts.
Wrong starting mode 2: Oil and fuel do not change seasonally
In hot season, please use oil and fuel with high viscosity; Use low-viscosity oil and fuel in cold weather. Otherwise, the generator will be difficult to start or not start at all.
Wrong starting mode 3: ignition start at the intake pipe

Wrong start mode 4: start with boiling water or start without water

Wrong start mode 5: Directly add the oil to the cylinder
The oil can not be completely burned, easy to produce carbon deposition, so that the elasticity of the piston ring is weakened, the sealing performance of the cylinder is reduced. It will also accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in a decrease in the power of the generator, making it difficult to start the generator.
