1. Solution to water leakage of fresh water pump
(1) If the water pump monitoring hole is also leaking, the water pump should be removed from the body and decomposed, and then replace the water seal.
(2) When the water discharge valve installed on the fresh water pump leaks due to spring damage, a new spring or a new water discharge valve can be replaced. Maintenance personnel should apply grease to the spring of the water discharge valve to prevent the spring from rusting.
2. Solution of water radiator leakage
(1) The repair method on the radiator and in the water room after detecting the radiator’s leaking part, the leaking part should be cleaned, and then the metal paint and rust should be completely removed with a metal brush or scraper, and then repaired with solder. If a large area of water leakage occurs in the fixing screw parts of the upper and lower chambers, the upper and lower chambers can be removed, and then two appropriately sized water chambers can be recreated. Before assembling the upper and launching chambers, the sealant or sealant should be coated on and below the gasket, and then fixed with screws.
(2) Repair method of radiator water pipe During the detection process, it is found that the outer water pipe of the radiator is damaged in a small area, and can be repaired by tin welding. If the damaged part is large, the pipe heads on both sides of the damaged pipe can be clamped with needle-nose pliers to make it watertight. However, the number of blocked water pipes should not be too much, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the radiator. If the internal water pipe of the radiator is damaged, replace or weld the internal water pipe of the radiator after removing the upper and lower chambers.
3. Water pipe leakage solution When water pipes leak due to aging, a muscle should be replaced with a new pipe. If water pipes are difficult to buy, waterproof tape can be used for winding. If there is water leakage due to corrosion of the clip, the clip can be replaced or wound with wire.
