Self-starting function: when the mains power failure (or other important unit start signal), after delay confirmation, the unit automatically start (1-8 times adjustable, the success rate of the first start >99%), automatically confirm the normal power supply of the generator set, power supply to the load. After the mains returns to normal, the automatic cooling shutdown is confirmed after a delay (the cooling shutdown time is adjustable from 0-300s). At the same time has a large number of protection functions, digital display voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, running time, battery voltage, speed and other parameters. There are two ways to start up:
1, power start, which is the same as the basic type generator set starting method, the method is to turn on the power first, twist the key, press the start key, when the machine successfully started in the emergency stop button to stop, turn off the key alarm.
2, key start: First, turn the key clockwise, release the key after the machine starts normally, then press the “menu” button of the module to enter the module setting, enter the password “0318″ as prompted, press the “up” and “down” keys to confirm, check whether the oil pressure and water temperature indicators are normal, and turn the “lift” speed switch to the full speed direction after confirming that they are normal. When the frequency increases to 51.5-52HZ, it indicates that the high speed has been reached, and then all indicators are normal indicating that the machine is running well and the performance debugging is successful. After running for a period of time to determine that there is no fault and need to stop, first the unit operator will slowly turn the “speed up” knob to the idle direction, and the unit will slowly slow down, until the value returns to the position set by the manufacturer before the factory, you can press the “emergency stop” button to stop.
