Diesel generator set and then system failure is the need to focus on, otherwise it may cause devastating damage to the equipment. Fuel system components leak, diesel filter has blockage phenomenon, oil supply advance Angle is not correct, fuel quality is not good, excessive moisture or cooling water leakage into the combustion chamber, fuel injector atomization is poor, diesel combustion in the combustion chamber is not sufficient, fuel injection pump cylinder oil supply is not uniform, and so on will make the diesel generator power shortage.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check the quality of diesel oil.
2. Check whether the components of the fuel system have leakage parts.
3. Check the two fixing screws of the transmission connecting disc of the injection pump.
4. Remove the filter element of the diesel filter and the filter screen of the oil delivery pump for inspection. If the filter element and filter screen are relatively clean, the atomization quality of the fuel injector should be checked.
5. If the product fails, the injection pump should be corrected by professional maintenance personnel.
