Diesel engine is composed of body, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve mechanism, fuel system, lubrication system, cooling system, starting system and so on.
1, body components: including the body (cylinder – crankshaft cover), cylinder liner, cylinder head and oil pan, etc. These parts form the diesel engine skeleton, on which all moving parts and auxiliary systems are supported.
2, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism: the pressure of the combustion gas in the cylinder drives the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, and changes the linear motion of the piston into the rotating power of the crankshaft. The main components are: cylinder crankcase, cylinder head, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, flywheel and so on
3, the gas distribution mechanism: timely to provide fresh air to the cylinder, and timely discharge the exhaust gas after fuel combustion in the cylinder. It consists of an intake valve, an exhaust valve, a camshaft and its transmission parts.
4, fuel system: the fuel supply system is to supply the right amount of fuel to the cylinder in accordance with the time required by the internal combustion engine. It is composed of fuel tank, fuel filter, oil pump, injector and so on.
5, lubrication system: The lubrication system is to the friction surface of the diesel engine parts, constantly provide the right amount of lubricating oil. It consists of oil pump, oil filter, oil radiator and so on.
6, cooling system: appropriate cooling at high temperature working parts, so that the diesel engine to maintain a normal working temperature. It consists of a pump, radiator, water jacket, thermostat, fan and so on.
7, starting system: with external force to turn the internal combustion engine crankshaft, so that the internal combustion engine from the static state into the working state of the device. It is composed of battery, starting motor, etc.
