Before starting the diesel engine, pay attention to check the oil, cooling water, fuel level and pipeline connection, and turn the crankshaft several turns to confirm that the rotation is barrier-free.
When the diesel engine starts, if it does not start within 15 seconds, it should be started again after 2 minutes.
After starting the diesel engine, it should first run at idle speed for 2-3 minutes, the oil pressure should be higher than 120kPa, if insufficient, it should be stopped immediately for inspection; When the cooling water temperature is not higher than 60 °C, do not suddenly run at high speed and high load, which will affect the wear resistance and reliability of the engine.
Check three leaks after each operation of the diesel engine
Diesel engines working under load must be reduced before stopping. Slow down and idle for about 5-10 minutes. Avoid full load shutdown;
Diesel engine oil level inspection: must be checked after 5 minutes of shutdown.
Precautions for starting and running in cold environment
1. Diesel engine without long-acting antifreeze in cooling water
When used in cold days, the cooling water must be discharged after shutdown to prevent frost damage to the diesel engine. There is a special water discharge valve under the fuel injection pump side, which can be opened to discharge the cooling water in the diesel engine; At the same time, the drain plug on the radiator should also be removed to discharge the cooling water in the radiator.
2. Before the start of the cold season, be sure to check the electrolyte level, viscosity and unit voltage, if the temperature is very low for a long time, the battery should be removed and stored in a warmer room
Shut down
Downtime at full load should be avoided. Before stopping, slow down and run at idle speed for 5-10 minutes. When manually stopping, press down on the stop lever until the flywheel stops or the speed indicated on the instrument panel reaches zero.
Use environment
If the ambient temperature is higher than -15C, the diesel engine can be used normally, if the ambient temperature is -15°C to -35°C, the auxiliary device can be used normally when the diesel engine is started. If it is used at higher altitudes or at higher temperatures, the power of the diesel engine will decrease. Diesel engines cannot be explosion-proof, so they should be kept away from flammable and explosive environments.
Diesel engine lighting must be greater than 20Lux.
Diesel engines cannot be used underground.
