1. Freezing crack.
Treatment: This is the winter diesel engine prone to damage. The cracks in the body can be repaired by cold welding only in the parts that are not stressed. First at both ends of the crack crack hole, and then along the crack planted a number of nails, and then perpendicular to the direction of the crack plate a number of pieces, with low carbon steel welding rod along the crack and repair plate. Note that while welding, gently tap the weld with a small hammer, and then correct it with a flame after all welding.
2, the upper and lower balance shaft end 205 bearing hole wear.
Treatment: This situation must be repaired immediately. When the bearing hole wear is light, it can be repaired by increasing the 205 bearing outer circle method, and the steel wire symmetry point is placed in a small point with oxygen welding on the bearing outer ring, corrected with a file, and then pressed into the bearing hole. Another method is to use 2 mm thick iron plate to make a large flat pad with an inner hole of 50 mm, make three wire holes on the flat pad and the body, and fix them with flat head screws. When the bearing hole is seriously worn, the primary hole insert can be boring, and three small wire holes are made in the inserted bushing and the body joint, and are fixed with screws.
3, cylinder head bolt hole slip or damaged.
Treatment: This situation is caused by excessive force or ramming when tightening the cylinder head nut. If it is an individual wire hole, the wire can be changed again, and a cylinder head bolt matching the wire hole can be processed. If the holes are broken or multiple holes slip, it cannot be repaired.
4. Trachoma.
Treatment method: First use steel tap to expand the hole, and then plug with aluminum wire, or plug with spot welding method.
