First, check before starting.
1. Check whether the oil level of the oil scale is between L and H to see if there are any abnormal signs of oil quality.
2. Check whether the cooling water in the water tank is enough, whether the water valve is opened, and whether the cooling water is abnormal.
3. Check the tension of pump belt, fan belt and charger belt.
4. Check whether there is any debris between the fan and the cooling plate of the water tank, and remove it if there is.
5. Check whether there is any debris stacked above the unit, if there is to remove.
6. Check the generator set for oil leakage and water leakage.
7. Check whether the battery connector is loose and oxidized.
8. Look at the unit operation parameter record card, compare the various filters and oil have extended use.
Second, check after starting
1. Pay attention to the generator set has no different sound, if it has to stop immediately.
2. Check the oil pressure gauge. Under normal circumstances, the oil pressure should not be less than 35PSI.
3. Check whether the frequency and voltage of the generator are stable and the working condition of the charger.
4. The above three conditions are normal, no-load heat engine after 10 minutes, with the load running.
5. Avoid running at more than 80% rated load for a long time.
6. Under load conditions, listen to the diesel engine with no noise, check the oil pressure, water temperature (below 90 degrees Celsius) frequency, voltage, smoke color.
7. Check the generator set for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and abnormal vibration of the unit.
8. Check whether the temperature of the ball shell is abnormal.
Third, check after shutdown
1. After unloading the load, the diesel engine is stopped after 10 minutes of no-load operation, so that the electric ball and the lubricating parts of the diesel engine are fully cooled.
2. Check the unit after the shutdown for oil leakage, water leakage phenomenon, if necessary, but also in 2 hours after the shutdown to let the cooling water cooling water can be discharged, the puddle should have a certain effective volume and height, to facilitate the submersible pump timely and reliable discharge of oil, water, while reducing the amount of fuel in the room, reduce the risk of fire. Submersible sewage pump should be used one standby, and should be self-controlled operation, when conditions, oil and puddle should be located outdoors, it is recommended that the effective volume of oil collection and puddle is 5 to 15 minutes of submersible sewage pump suction.
