Charging method of battery

When charging, the positive and negative terminals of the battery are respectively connected to the positive and negative terminals of the charger. During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 48 ° C, otherwise cooling measures such as reducing the current and increasing ventilation should be taken.

Charging method: constant current or voltage limiting method is used for charging.

4.11

1, constant current charging requirements: set (constant current) current:

(1) After the 6-FNM-550G battery is charged at 6.5A to 14.4V, the battery voltage is kept stable for 3 hours by continuing to charge with 3A current; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(2) After the 6-FNM-670G battery is charged to 14.4V at 7.0A, the battery voltage is kept stable for 3 hours with 3.5A current; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(3) After the 6-FNM-720G battery is charged to 14.4V at 8A, the battery voltage is kept stable for 3 hours with 4.0A current; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(4) After the 6-FNM-830G battery is charged at 10.2A to 14.4V, the battery voltage is kept stable for 3 hours by continuing to charge with 5.1A current; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(5) After the 6-FNM-930G battery is charged at 11.4A to 14.4V, the battery voltage is kept stable for 3 hours with 5.7A current to continue charging; (The ambient temperature is 25℃).

2, constant voltage charging requirements:

Battery charge at 16.00V voltage for 24 hours, rated current limit to: 6-FNM-550G battery 16.5A; 6-FNM-670G battery rated current limit to 17.5A; 6-FNM-720G battery rated current limit to 19.5A; 6-FNM-830G battery rated current limit to 25.5A; 6-FNM-930G battery rated current limited to 28.5A (ambient temperature at 25 ° C).

3, battery discharge:

4, when installing and using, it should be noted that the positive and negative terminals of the battery terminal are corresponding to the positive and negative terminals of the wiring chuck, so as to avoid damage to the relevant electrical components during use. In order to prevent the internal plate of the battery from sulfating and shortening the service life, the battery is strictly prohibited from excessive discharge during use. In any of the following cases, constant current charging shall be carried out in accordance with Article 1:

(1) the electrolyte density is reduced to 1.250g/cm3 or less;

(2) The battery starts weakly with large current discharge;

5. Charging of the battery: When charging, the positive and negative terminals of the battery are respectively connected to the positive and negative terminals of the charger. During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 48 ° C, otherwise cooling measures such as reducing the current and increasing ventilation should be taken.
