The diesel load cannot be increased after black smoke. So diesel generators are also a sign of limiting load.
Less oil in diesel generator will be sucked out, oil pressure will drop, oil can not reach the lubricating surface, which will accelerate the wear of parts, and even the occurrence of burning tile accidents.
1. The fuel capacity in the diesel generator tank should ensure the daily supply.
2. The oil supply and return areas of the tank should be equipped with perforated partitions to reduce the heat exchange of the diesel generator.
3. The storage location of the oil tank of the diesel generator should not be threatened to prevent fire. The oil drum or oil tank should be placed separately in a visible place, as far away from the diesel generator as possible, and the production safety code should be strictly observed.
4, if the user makes their own fuel tank, then should pay attention to the spare diesel generator fuel tank box material should be made of stainless steel or steel plate, do not fuel tank internal spray paint or galvanized, because the two will react with diesel, may cause diesel generator damage impurities and reduce the quality of diesel, cleanliness and combustion efficiency.
5. After the oil tank is placed, the high oil level should not be 2.5m higher than the base of the diesel generator. If the oil level of the large oil depot is higher than 2.5m, the daily oil tank should be added between the large oil depot and the diesel generator, so that the direct oil feeding pressure is not more than 2.5m. Even when the diesel generator is shut down, fuel is not allowed to flow into the diesel generator by gravity through the fuel intake line or the injection line.
Too much oil is easy to leak out of the front and back end of the crankshaft, increase the consumption of oil, pollution of the environment, increase the difficulty of maintenance; High oil level will hinder the movement of connecting rod, increase resistance, reduce mechanical efficiency; Too much diesel generator oil is easy to go up to the combustion chamber and be burned, increase the consumption of oil, oil combustion is easy to form carbon accumulation at the piston ring, piston top valve seat, nozzle, resulting in the bite of the piston ring, nozzle wall plug and other failures; Too high oil surface connecting rod big head agitation is easy to produce oil steam, high temperature will burn, cause the explosion of crankcase.
