Adjustment of idle speed stabilization spring: When the diesel engine is idling, the centrifugal force of the flyweight of the motor governor is very small, so the fuel supply adjustment gear rod cannot be immediately pushed to the maximum direction for increasing the fuel supply. The function of the idle speed stabilization spring is to help adjust the sensitivity of the idle speed. Under normal circumstances, when the idle speed is stable, the idle speed stabilization spring should be able to push the fuel supply adjusting rod by 0.5mm in the direction of lifting the fuel supply. If there is a difference, it can be achieved by adjusting the preload adjustment screw of the idle stabilization spring.
Terminate the adjustment of the fuel supply limit screw: After adjusting the idle speed stabilization spring, terminate the operation of the fuel injection pump. At this point, the fuel supply adjustment gear lever will move a certain distance in the direction of lifting the fuel supply, and then turn the control arm so that the fuel supply adjustment gear lever is in the position where the fuel supply is completely terminated. At this time, screw on the oil supply limit screw to make it contact with the sector block on the control arm shaft, and finally tighten the lock nut of the stop oil supply limit screw.
