A, exhaust blue smoke

4. Piston ring wear serious or carbon accumulation stuck in the ring groove, lose the sealing effect

6. The piston ring is not elastic enough, the quality is not up to standard
7. Valve duct oil seal improperly assembled or aging failure, loss of sealing effect
8. The piston and cylinder are seriously worn
9. Too much oil is added, so that the oil splash is too much, and the oil ring is too late to scrape the excess oil on the cylinder wall
Two, exhaust black smoke
The black smoke in the exhaust is mainly carbon particles from incomplete fuel combustion. Therefore, the excessive supply of fuel in the fuel supply system, the air intake system is reduced, the cylinder block, the cylinder head and the piston composed of the combustion chamber sealing is poor, the fuel injector injection quality is poor and other factors will make the fuel combustion is incomplete, so that the exhaust smoke. Black smoke from exhaust mainly has the following reasons:
1. High pressure oil pump oil supply is too large or the cylinder oil supply is not uniform
2. The valve seal is not strict, resulting in air leakage and low cylinder compression pressure
3. The air filter inlet is blocked and the intake resistance is large, so that the intake volume is insufficient
4. The cylinder liner, piston and piston ring are badly worn
5. The fuel injector is not working properly
6. Engine overload operation

8. Electric injection system control failures and failures for black smoke generators can be checked and eliminated through high pressure oil pump adjustment, injector injection test inspection, cylinder compression pressure measurement, inlet cleaning, oil supply advance Angle adjustment, electric injection system fault diagnosis and other work.
Three, exhaust white smoke
The white smoke in the exhaust is mainly not fully atomized and burned fuel particles or water vapor, therefore, any fuel can not atomize or water into the cylinder will make the exhaust white smoke. The main reasons for induction are as follows:
1. Low temperature and insufficient cylinder pressure, fuel atomization is not good, especially at the beginning of cold starting exhaust white smoke
2. The cylinder pad is damaged and cooling water seeps into the cylinder
3. If the white smoke disappears after the generator is warmed up, it is considered normal. If the white smoke is still emitted during the normal operation of the generator, it is a fault. It should be inspected and analyzed by observing whether the cooling water in the water tank is not normally consumed, whether the cylinder is working normally, and whether the water in the oil-water separator is too much, so as to eliminate the fault location.
